Nouns Grammar Rules

In general nouns refer to a person, an object, or abstract ideas. For example: a fast runner the noun is [runner] because it refers to a person. The examples below use nouns in different ways and places to demonstrate how they behave in a sentence.

do you have milk?
[verb + noun] क्या आपके पास दूध है ? Audio [kyaa aapke paas dudh hai ?]
I have milk and coffee
[preposition + noun] मेरे पास दूध और काफी हैं | Audio [mere paas dudh aur kaafi hain |]
he has three apples
[number + plural noun] उसके पास तीन सेब है | Audio [uske paas tin seb hai |]
she only has one apple
[number + singular noun] उसके पास सिर्फ एक सेब है | Audio [uske paas sirf ek seb hai |]
we live in a small house
